if the price is 41.076, you should pay 4108



Requires More:
you can have more requires after your commission received,
like higher quality, add lineart, add character or something in it...etc
you only need to pay the addition price (The higher price minus the original price)
but if the quality already higher than your order you still want to have the more higher,
the price rule won't be changed.

For Example:
You order a Q3 (X1.0) colored (X1.0) Commission the price is 30$, but I give you is a Q4 (X1.5) one,
and you still want a Q5 (X2.0) with lineart (X1.2) later, the price will be 72-30 = 42$

※Require Rules:
1. You can only require twice times in a commission.
2. You can't order over than 2 Quality in these twice time (to avoid who being so mean)
3. if you need to have big change (like whole background, different pose), the price would be high according to how difficult it is.
